When our client presented us with the challenge of a complex side, rear, and first-floor extension coupled with a loft conversion in Epping Town Centre, we embraced the opportunity to turn complexity into a triumph.
With meticulous design and seamless planning, we transformed this intricate vision into a reality. The scheme not only encompassed a substantial internal refurbishment but also a strategic repositioning of the staircase. The heart of the home was reimagined, featuring a kitchen adorned with an inviting island and bifolding doors that seamlessly beckon toward the garden.
As we ascended to the first floor, our creative touch shone through. A lavish bathroom emerged, complete with a stand-alone bath and double sink. A bedroom with a vaulted ceiling became a haven of tranquillity, framed by full-glazed triangular windows that opened up breathtaking vistas of Epping Forest.
