This project represents a triumph of creativity and persistence, as we successfully secured planning permission for a new development of eight stunning flats in place of a former pub and jazz bar in the heart of Stratford. Despite facing three previous refusals for planning applications, we were able to craft a design that meets the needs of the local community and brings a fresh new energy to the area.
