Welcome to 250 City Road, an inspiring residential-led development currently taking shape in the vibrant borough of Islington, London. Maria was an accomplished Associate Director in PTAL team. With a keen focus on Technical Design, Maria led a team in developing the Fit Out packages, coordinated sub-contractors on site and led the BIM model team that underpinned the construction of Tower 1 and Blocks 1, 2, 3, and 4 for Private Residents. Her planning expertise also played a pivotal role in conducting Feasibility Studies to optimize the number of homes for Tower 2.
