Our client wanted to extend the property & convert it to flats, whilst maintaining each heritage features. The property lies within a conservation area, so obtaining planning permission required a design that would be sensitive to surrounding buildings.

By working closely with the local planning authority and the client, and with our design, planning and negotiating expertise, Planning Permission has been granted.

This single dwelling is now converted into two carefully designed and soon to be delivered flats.
