MALLORCA IV
Location: Andratx, Mallorca, Spain
Sector: Residential
MTM Vision LTD was appointed by a private client to provide a design for an amazing villa ,with sea-access, 700 square metres of habitable space and in one of the most exclusive locations in the Mediterranean.
The brief required a new house that would take advantage of the site and amazing sea views and allow the owners to entertain and accommodate guests, but primarily function as a holiday home for their family of four. The transition and relationship between interior and exterior spaces have been carefully considered along with light, water, and views of the public and private spaces.

RIBA Stage 4
MTM Vision Ltd was appointed by a private client on RIBA Work Stage 4 for their residential development in the London Borough of Newham.
The Development is a four storey building comprising of 8 high quality residential apartments.
Our delivery is focused on modern methods of construction and sustainability and aims to successfully deliver an exceptional place for people to live so that local community can be strengthened.
This is a BIM Level 1 project


MUSWELL HILL (19)

Rosebery Rd, Muswell Hill (Conservation Area)

A large Edwardian terraced house in the conservation area of Muswell Hill.
Our client wanted to extend the property and convert it to flats, whilst maintaining each heritage features. The property lies within a conservation area so obtaining planning permission required a design that would be sensitive to surrounding buildings. By working closely with the local planning authority and the client, and with our design, planning and negotiating expertise, the planning permission has been granted. This single dwelling is now converted into two carefully designed and soon to be delivered flats.
This is a BIM Level 1 project

SEAHORSE FLOATING VILLA
Location: Dubai, UAE
Sector: Hospitality
Sustainability and the protection of marine life have been pivotal in the development of the Heart of Europe. The project is home to the Coral Institute which spearheads a pioneering coral reef programme that aims at developing marine life in the surrounding waters.
The Heart of Europe also has a zero-discharge policy and zero micro-plastics policy to ensure the protection of the Arabian Gulf and species of marine life that reside around the seven islands.
While working at THOE, Maria was the Team Leader for the project
THE HEART OF EUROPE

The Heart of Europe is located at The World islands in
Dubai, just 4 km away from the shores at Jumeirah 1.The Heart of Europe is a sustainable investment and second home destination in Dubai comprising 6 islands, 15 highly differentiated hotels, 4,000 holiday homes, the iconic Floating Seahorse Villas, white sandy beaches, and the word’s first climate-controlled space.
While working at The Heart Of Europe, Maria was the Team Leader for part of the project

EMIRATES HILLS VILLA
Location: Dubai, UAE
Sector: High-End Residential
A Classical style Villa takes its architectural influence from the temperate climates that border the Mediterranean Sea. Italian and Greek styles are major contributors to the design of this mansion in Dubai. Double-height volumes, grand stairs, inward-facing courts, and patios create a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor coupled with a high degree of functionality and necessary family-guest separation demonstrate the ability to design using multiple styles and references
While working at Dawson Architects, Maria was the Lead Architect for the project


PORTO CARRAS GRAND RESORT
Location: Neos Marmaras, Greece
Sector: Hospitality
Porto Carras Grand Resort is one of Greece's largest & most famous hotels and holiday beach resorts.
5* hotels, exclusive villas, the resort offers a unrivalled experience.
A wellness centre, enormous lagoon, multiple pools, yacht marina, golf court, casino, winery, and a variety of different cuisine restaurants were included in the scheme.
This project was related to the development of the Marina Village and Yacht Club, and a complex of three different apartment developments (Erato, Ippokratis and Apollon) with pools and restaurants.
While working at Techol SA, Maria was the Team Leader of the project
AL SEEF
Location: Dubai, UAE
Sector: Hospitality, Retail, Venue
Located along the Dubai Creek waterfront adjacent to the historic Al Fahidi district, one of the oldest and most traditional areas of the city, this MERAAS development aims to regenerate the Creek waterfront as an iconic, civic destination with a strong focus on the rich local heritage rooted within the spirit of Emirati culture.
The proposal weaves together several civic and commercial land use components responding to aspects of Emirati culture including Arts & Crafts, Trade, Industry and Commerce.
While working at GAJ, Maria was the Lead Architect for the project


250 CITY ROAD
Location: London, UK
Sector: Residential, Offices, Hotel
250 City Road is a residential-led scheme under construction in the borough of Islington, London, designed by Foster + Partners and developed by Berkeley. It was given planning permission in 2014 by the then London Mayor Boris Johnson after being rejected by Islington Council.
The project was mixed use and it had also a Hotel, two Highrise towers and blocks of apartments finished to a superb specification alongside 5* facilities, public art by award-winning sculptors and 1.9 acres of wifi-enabled landscaped gardens.
While working at Peter Taylor Associates Limited, Maria was the Lead Architect for the project.
